Address challenges in D2L functionality

 Constant D2L changes are very frustrating – the changes prevent you from being able to copy courses from previous years; the instructions are terrible, and faculty aren’t using many of the features because they’re too complex; gradebook is very rigid; the student experience with D2L can be very uneven; the people are very helpful if you can get a hold of them, but the workshops before the classes are not helpful; the mobile version of D2L is awful and doesn’t even look like D2L.
